Hello Gianna, I just wanted to let you know that our days in Florence were great and that the appartment POGGI was just fantastic. Is Grabriela's foot recovered?. She was very kind. I am sorry to have called so late; finally everything worked out just fine. I hope you have found everything in order. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to florence, three days were not enough! and i will recommend your appts to everyone i can. Unfortunately, the appt we rented in Rome was well below our expectations, so we were a bit deceived. However the city was great and we had a great time too. dear Gianna, Just a note to thank you for a beautiful apartment to stay in in Florence. It was spotlessly clean(which is very important to me) and very beautifully decorated. It was close to all sights, and we loved the air conditioning, the terrace, the dishwasher, and the use of the washing machine. I would like to rent it again next July 17th or 18th for a week. I would also like to say that gABRIELA WAS GREAT, VERY HELPFUL, AND EVEN LENT ME A CELL PHONE TO USE. hAVING A CELL PHONE IN iTALY MADE IT VERY EASY FOR ME TO KEEP IN TOUCH WITH MY HUSBAND AND CHILDREN IN cOLORADO. wE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT OUR experience at the Donati. It was a long, tiring journey to Firenze but as soon as Gabriella opened the door to the apartment, we went aah! Just exactly what we were looking for. It made us all feel much better. Cioa Gianna, HAPPY NEW YEAR!! We had a great time in Florence. GALEOTA apartment was so very nice. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Everyone was very confortable. It is so convenient to everything. Thank you and Gabriella for all of your help. We will come back again. We had the best time on New Year's eve with the crowd enjoying the fireworks in the square and then going to Ponte Vecciho and welcoming the New Year. We still have no word on our son's luggage. It has been since 27/12/2005 and no one at Alitalia wants to give us help. We have contacted headquarters in New York to see if they can help. Again, thank you for a lovely stay in Florence. My mom and I had a fantastic time visiting Florence, I especially enjoyed all of the sculpture by Michelangelo! Being a sculptor myself I have huge admiration and respect for him, he's the master!
