Donati Apartment - Pergola
Gianna - just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at the Donati Apartment - we were able to stay in your lovely place for 6 days from Sept 28 until October 4, 2011. Your friend Gabriella was very kind and helpful with whatever we neeed. We were so happy we were able to walk everywhere we had reservations at the museums and galleries. We really enjoyed the day trip we took into the Chiati Region with Beppi - he was a very knowlegeable and spoke rather good English (even though he did not think so). The kitchen had everything we needed (loved the dishwasher). I could go on and on but will not - we hope to visit again and would definitely stay in one of your apartments.

Dear Gianna, We have just returned from a stay in your beautiful apartment, and were absolutely overwhelmed with the fantastic service we got from our new Italian friends, Gabriella, Neil and Beppe. We had travel difficulties meaning that we only got to Florence at 11 pm, and Neil came out to welcome us with a smile. We just cannot say too much about Beppe. He was fantastic, and although he kept saying he wasn’t a guide, he told us so much about everything, and even got us into some sacred areas in the beautiful cathedral in Prato. He also introduced us to the biscotti in Prato, which we will be enjoying for a while! Thank you for arranging visits to the Uffizi and Academia for us as well. Your kindness will be long remembered, and we will refer friends to your apartments with pleasure. We just couldn’t believe the location, so close to the Duomo. This was definitely a five star trip, even the weather was wonderful. Please pass on our grateful thanks to Gabriella, Neil and Beppe. Kind regards John and Colleen Keeley.

Galeota Apartment - San Lorenzo
Ciao Gianna e Gabriella!! What a trip my friends and I had staying at the Galeota. As you know this is the third apartment I have rented -- and they have all been wonderful, but staying with my friends of 45 years was the best memory ever. The apartment was beautiful and so large, we felt it was our home while in Firenze! We had a wonderful cooking class with Paola and returned home to prepare all the dishes. The servers at Giannino's remembered me and made all of us feel so welcome. I will return next year and every year that I am able. I would never stay anywhere else in Florence. Gabriella, thank you for your patience when I was on the rooftop terrace and the lights went out!! Grazie Mille to both of you! I will see you again!
