Along with the rental of apartments and villas, we offer several services to our clients, by relying on partners with whom we have been working since a long time and whom we have "tested" personally. We can offer you:

  We offer to our clients the possibilty to visit a winery with production of Chianti wine and tuscan olive oil with tasting of the products on the spot.
  
• Cooking courses
  I f you wish to enjoy a particular experience to learn how to cook tipical tuscan dishes;
  
• Wedding organizer and consultancy
  An agency specialized in wedding organization for italian and foreigner clients, anniversaries, receptions, birthday parties and events in Tuscany. Qualified staff will assist you in the selection of the locations for the reception and for all the annexed services like catering, floral decorations, photoshoots, video, musical entertainment, hire of old fashion cars and of your wedding trip; We collaborate with Blanc Ricevimenti Wedding Planner in Tuscany and Italy.
  

Regarding the Daily Tours & Trips :

Regarding our trips: I can tell you which are the most common and popular for our clients, but consider that Beppe, our private driver, can drive you all over you would like to go, usually we have:

• Chianti Area Tours
  stopping in San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, and Siena, visiting and having lunch in a winery as well. The rate, on the basis of 4 adults is 280 euros; I have to say I do not know if the children have to pay the entrance in the winery.
  
• Another Chianti Tour, stopping in Montalcino, Sant'Antimo, Pescina and Pienza, always visitng a winery.
  
• Visit to Prato-Pisa and Lucca .
  
• Visit to Perugia-Cortona and Assisi .
  
• Cinque Terre tour: this one is really nice and particular: you are drived till Riomaggiore, than you walk by yourself on a path along the seaside called Path of love, till Manarola. You will meet again the driver at the end of the path you drive till Corniglia, where you take the boat for Vernazza.

Please, feel free to ask me any more questions you have. These are only some of our suggested tours, but we can organize any kind of tour where you want to drive to. Usually the departure is in the morning, 9.00 am, directly from your apartment, where Beppe will pick you up; the return is usually around 18.00, always directly back to your apartment... You are kindly requested to pay directly Beppe, in cash..

Regarding the cooking class:

The standard cooking lessons are held twice a week (mainly on Tuesday and Thursday), usually in the morning, and they are followed by a lunch, when the clients will enjoy the dishes they have just prepared. One lesson lasts from 3 to 4 hours each.

Maximum number of participants: 5 pax/ 1 teacher Cooking lessons are taking by Paola, and they are not professional, but serious enough for you to learn how to make typical Italian dishes and amuse yourself with your friends. On request I am pleased to arrange cooking lessons for specific purposes and for larger groups.

Prices are in accordance with type of course, group, content of lessons etc. But usually for 2 people, the rate is 135 euros/person/daily.

LOCATION

Lessons are held in the cosy kitchen of my building in Via della Pergola or directly in the kitchen of your apt.

DISHES

Here, there are some dishes "students" usually prepare and eat:

• Appetisers: Tuscan canapé (crostini) (made with chicken liver); Mushroom canapé; Bruschetta (toast Tuscan bread with fresh tomato, olive oil on it)
• First courses: (pasta) Hand made pasta. Tortelli and ravioli (for example tortelli are pasta pockets stuffed with mashed potatoes, parsley, egg, parmigiano cheese, garlic). Meat gravy. Spaghetti alla Carbonara (egg, bacon, black pepper, seasoned cheese sauce).Bavette al pesto (a sort of spaghetti with a basil, pine seed, olive oil, seasoned cheese sauce), Lasagne; Pasta al Ragout Bolognese, etc...
• Second courses: Stufato alla sangiovannese, arista.
• Desserts: Bianco mangiare (a sort of panna cotta, but in its traditional attire), Rice pancakes, Tiramisù
  everthing served with fine wine Chianti!

Rate is for 7 people is 345 plus 10 euros for every people who want to walk the Path of Love and take the boat (these two services have a tickets to pay).
