We have just returned from Europe and I wanted to drop you a line to thank you for the use of you wonderful ALBERTI apartment. Gabriella was great and very helpful. We had a great time in Florence, unfortunately we would have liked more time (especially for shopping - we didn't realise all the sales would be on.)
Florence has a great atmosphere quite youthful when compared with Venice, it feels more like a university town.
Sorry we didn't get to meet but there's always next time.

We had lots of room and it was a perfect base for the entire family. The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect and we will be passing the website address on to everyone we know. When we returen, and we will return, we will certainly be contacting you again. A special thank you to Adil whom we met on arrival. He was a most courteous host. Gianna hi,
I had a feeling you haven't, cause usually you're very prompt with your responses.
Sorry about that. I wrote you on the day we landed home. I even tried to add a comment on your website, but couldn't figure out how.
So, I'd like you to know that our vacation in beautiful Firenze was perfect. The apt. was fabulous, so nicely decorated and sharply clean. The air condition in Casini was great, so refreshing after strolling around all day in the heat. We ate many of our meals in the house for the sake of Alma, our little daughter, who couldn't always find her favorite dishes in a restaurant. We found it functional and highly aesthetic. You, Gabriella and Adill were awesome, very attentive and prompt. The location was a dream. Although you said it was central, we couldn't believe how central it actually was, until we walked only a few steps until we reached the Duomo. We've done everything by foot (and thus lost some weight, god bless, although we couldn't resist all of the goodies your country had to offer :-).
When we shall come back to Firenze (and we will), I'll book again one of your accommodations, and naturally, will recommend it to all of my friends and acquaintences.
Thank you so much, dear Gianna. You've made us very happy and chearful.

My name is Karen Smith and recently my family, along with friends from Australia, had the pleasure of staying in one of your fabulous apartments in Florence, the TURCHI apt. Staying in Italy this summer has truly been one of my best holidays ever. Apartments as lovely as yours certainly contributed to such a memorable stay. 9 of us stayed in the heart of Florence, minutes from shopping, sightseeing, restaurants and markets. Your spacious apartment allowed us time to rest when needed and come together as a group in your large living areas.
Unfortunately upon leaving your apartment and heading to Greece, I realized that I had left all my dresses in one of the bedroom closets. Needless to say I was upset that I had left them behind and an email was sent to you immediately when this was realized. An immediate response was sent back to us stating that Gabreilla would check and let me know. A very happy ending to this story as Gabreilla, true to her word, found my dresses, packaged them and sent them to my home in Canada.
I highly recommend your apartment in Florence to anyone wanting to have a memorable stay and a special thanks to Gabreilla for going over and above to make it this way.

We are back home now and I have to tell you what a great time we had in Florence last week and how much we loved everything about the Turchi apartment. From the first moment we felt welcome and comfortable. Your assistant met us and was very helpful. He even introduced us to the guys at I Matti restaurant, which quickly became our favorite place- I think we ate there every day! But the best of all was Beppe- he gave us the best day of our whole trip with his tour of the Chianti area, winery, San Gemignano, and more. He is a very warm and wonderful person. The tour was informative, fun and relaxing. He even charmed our children into wanting a longer day! We thank you for putting us in his care. We would recommend your apartments and Beppe to anyone we know who plans a trip to Florence.

My husband and I just want to thank you for the sweet apartment Alberti we rented from you during our stay in Florence. When we walked in I was delighted and pleasantly surprised - it was even nicer than I expected! It was cozy, decorated so tastefully and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped and modern. Even the location was outstanding - you couldn't get much closer to the center of Florence! The best surprise were the views from the back windows and the cupola. WOW! Watching the sun set over the rooftops was incredible. All-in-all we had a wonderful time in Florence and hope to return one day. In the meantime we will certainly recommend your apartments to our friends.........

I apologize for this late 'thank you' for renting us your lovely GALEOTA apartment in Florence. It was perfect in every way. Gabriella, of course, was excellent and we enjoyed talking with her about all the world problems one evening. I also admired your photographs in the apartment. You do nice work. I regret that we did not get a chance to meet while we were in Florence to exchange our stories about photography. Between your busy schedule - and a new baby, I understand - and our busy tourist excursions every day - time just did not permit us to meet.
I promised Gabriella however that I would send you a link to some of my Africa photos. I was in Kenya in February and it was truely an experience I will never forget. I shot most of the photos of the animals with a 70-200 Nikon zoom lens on a Nikon D200 body. I was only 20-150 feet from any animal for these shots. It was truely amazing. Please send the link to Gabriella also if she has email.

I got a few nice shots of Italy. I wish I could have gotten out into the countryside to do landscapes. Shooting photos of buildings and statues is not my first love in photography.
Thank you again for renting us your beautiful apartment. It helped make my husband's 60th birthday trip to Italy very special indeed. My friends and I cooked several meals in your spacious kitchen and had pastries and coffee at the comfortable breakfast table in the morning. We relaxed in the evenings drinking wine and exchanging tales about our day's adventures on the wonderful terrace overlooking San Lorenzo's dome.
