I just thought I'd send a quick email saying how much we enjoyed staying in the CASINI
apartment during our stay in Florence. Everything about the apartment was great from the decor to the location (especially the location - I don't think we could stay much closer to the Duomo if we tried). Even climbing the stairs to the apt was bearable thanks to the lovely cool air conditioning that awaited us! Gabriella was also great, and made us feel very welcome and covered everything we needed to know for our stay.
We will definitely recommend your apartment to friends and family, and will hopefully come back to stay ourselves in the future.

Gianna,
Just wanted to drop a quick note now that we are home and recovered
from the jetlag. My family and I had a wonderful vacation and thourghly
enjoyed staying in your Galoeta Apartment fro 6 nights. The location
was excellent, the apartment was huge with plenty of space for our
family of 8. I loved waking to the sound of the Duomo's Bells.
Gabriella was a delight as well as Beppe. The tour with Beppe was
enjoyed by all, he is knowledgeable, friendly and able to engage
everyone from age 15-69! We all loved Giannino's and spend several days
eating or just having drinks there. The staff is welcoming and are
excellent at their jobs, not to mention the great food. I feel like we
made friends (actually we did via Facebook!). The memories that were
created are priceless, we are looking forward to a return visit. Again,
thank you for your assistance in arranging transportation and our
Chianti tour. If you have any guests that would like to email or speak
with someone about the apartment, it would be my pleasure.

It is a great location. But the best part of the whole experience was Gabriella...she was terrific. She was warm, welcoming and very helpful. Everything was superb and she answered our many questions. You lucky to have her as your manager assistant. We will definitely recommend your apartments to our friends in the future.

Though it's been nearly a month since our stay in the Guelfa apartment, not a day passes when fond memories of our week in Florence come to mind. The apartment is conveniently located with amenities very nearby- central market, grocery, cappucino spots, and fine trattorias. The unit was clean and well-equipped for the five of us. The three bedrooms and two baths along with living, dining, and kitchen area accommodated all of us without crowding. If the weather was warmer, we certainly would have taken advantage of the outdoor space! And I loved the fact that only 3 stairs were present to enter/ leave the unit. Gabriella, you were gracious and thorough with pointing out the features of the unit upon our arrival. And arranging for our transportation to and from the Pisa airport was one less detail to worry about.

We are back in Salt Lake City after a wonderful stay in the Galeota Apartment (and one night in the Alberti). Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The location of the apartment is unbeatable. The apartments both were so clean! And the size of the Galeota apartment was phenomenal. We had a wonderful day with Beppe, who took us on a relaxing tour of San Gimignano and Siena. We couldn't have asked for more. Please give our regards to Gabriella and Beppe. We plan to return this spring without the two boys, so we'll be looking at reserving a smaller apartment from you when we are in Florence.
Thanks again so much. Your accommodations really made our stay in Florence so much more enjoyable.

Gabriela was very welcoming. We were pleased with Peppe, the driver she suggested to drive us through Tuscany. He was very informative and entertaining.
The Lepri apartment was very well equipped and suitable for my son and me. It was the 2nd time I have stayed in your apartment and both times it has been thoroughly enjoyable. The location is wonderful being that it is so close to The Duomo and the markets.

We just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed staying at the San Lorenzo Apts. (We stayed in Alberti one night and Lepri the rest of our stay.) They were both great apartments and in a wonderful location. We loved the view of the Duomo from Lepri. Other reviews have mentioned "the steps." They were no problem because we packed light. In fact, we welcomed them after a day of eating bread, cheese, wine and gelato!

Buongiorno Gianna, I just wanted to thank you and Gabriella for the wonderful stay at the Casini apartment. We stayed there October 6-10 (My husband and I, and 2 friends) and loved it. Gabriella, thank you for all your help. We enjoyed the apartment. It was so clean, had a beautiful view, and was in a perfect area. We ate at Giannino's several times during our stay and agree it was one of the best restaurants we went to in Firenze. I will recommend your apartments to our friends who travel to Italy. We had a great experience and would stay there again.

in Florence. Most importantly you should know what a great
recommendation you made to use about working with Beppe. He was
delightful. I am not sure we could have gotten around without him. If
you could please pass along a good word about him to his boss I would
appreciate it. Beppe is a real gem, he did an extraordinary job and went
well beyond what anyone would expect from a driver. He really should be
called a tour guide who became our friend.
