Gabriela was very welcoming. We were pleased with Peppe, the driver she suggested to drive us through Tuscany. He was very informative and entertaining.
The Lepri apartment was very well equipped and suitable for my son and me. It was the 2nd time I have stayed in your apartment and both times it has been thoroughly enjoyable. The location is wonderful being that it is so close to The Duomo and the markets.

We just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed staying at the San Lorenzo Apts. (We stayed in Alberti one night and Lepri the rest of our stay.) They were both great apartments and in a wonderful location. We loved the view of the Duomo from Lepri. Other reviews have mentioned "the steps." They were no problem because we packed light. In fact, we welcomed them after a day of eating bread, cheese, wine and gelato!

Buongiorno Gianna, I just wanted to thank you and Gabriella for the wonderful stay at the Casini apartment. We stayed there October 6-10 (My husband and I, and 2 friends) and loved it. Gabriella, thank you for all your help. We enjoyed the apartment. It was so clean, had a beautiful view, and was in a perfect area. We ate at Giannino's several times during our stay and agree it was one of the best restaurants we went to in Firenze. I will recommend your apartments to our friends who travel to Italy. We had a great experience and would stay there again.

in Florence. Most importantly you should know what a great
recommendation you made to use about working with Beppe. He was
delightful. I am not sure we could have gotten around without him. If
you could please pass along a good word about him to his boss I would
appreciate it. Beppe is a real gem, he did an extraordinary job and went
well beyond what anyone would expect from a driver. He really should be
called a tour guide who became our friend.

We were not in need of anything while there and Gabriella was a fantastic help while we were in Florence especially when we were departing and I needed some help with our luggage and a taxi, as I had injured my knee. We would have no hesitation in recommending your apartment to our friends. Barbara’s only regret was that she did not buy enough scarfs in the market; she is not impressed by the prices for the same things in Venice or even worse here in Paris. We had a wonderful time in Florence and it was made all the better by staying in your appartment.
We loved the appartment and it could not have been in a better situation - it made it so easy to see all the main sights.
Although we packed in so much while we were there, there are many places we would liked to have seen, so we will have to come back one day.
When we do, the first place we will want to stay is in one of your appartments and we will be recommending them to all our friends.

Thank-you so much for letting us the Lepri and Alberti apartments. We really appreciated your trust regarding the lack of deposit.
We had an amazing time and it was fantastic coming back to such a central location that was so peaceful, clean and homely. The view out of our apartment (lepri) towards the duomo was breathtaking and such a sun trap. We had our espresso and cantucci every morning listening to the bells and enjoying the view.

Our stay was wonderful at the Alberti apartment! It is such a quiet comfortable place to stay while exploring the city and surrounding countryside. Our friends who joined us and my other friends (Julie Barringer and family) loved the location and having a home away from home!
And we had a chance to see some of the other apartments, and I would love to stay with more friends at one of the bigger ones -- we are already trying to convince people :-)
In the meantime, we are leading a tour next spring, Best of Italy, and will be passing through Florence, and feel we know it even better now!!
