The characteristic districts of San Lorenzo and Santissima Annunziata are located in the heart of the Historical Centre of Florence. From your apartments you will be able to visit all the main monuments and city attractions on foot, such as the Basilica of San Lorenzo, San Lorenzo Market, the "Duomo" Cathedral, the Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti, the Boboli Gardens, Michelangelo's David at the Galleria dell'Accademia and the world famous Uffizi art gallery. You can reach all these sights by strolling through the beautiful piazzas and cobbled streets, amongst the Palazzos, statues and fountains of our wonderful city.
The two districts of San Lorenzo and Santissima Annunziata are particularly famous for their excellent restaurants, typical trattorias, bars & wine bars...our staff will be happy to recommend some of the best places closest to your holiday apartment. Recently, several small supermarkets have opened in both districts, making your grocery shopping simple, so you can cook at your leisure in your holiday accommodation. Our apartments also benefit from their great strategic locations, with the main railway station of Santa Maria Novella, the bus station for Florence and Pisa airports and the taxi station, all within easy walking distance. |
