My name is Gianna and I live on the outskirts of Florence.  By profession I am a medical doctor at one of the hospitals in the city.  My main hobby is photography and I spend many happy hours travelling around Tuscany taking pictures of the country that I love. 

My work has led me to travel widely where I have met with other doctors and talked passionately about my love of Tuscany, and encouraged them to visit and see for themselves the beauty of this part of Italy. 

 I began by offering them accommodation in one of my apartments which had been carefully restored to maintain the original feel of the historic building.  From these beginnings I now have 15 apartments in the heart of the city of Florence from where visitors can sample the delights that Tuscany has to offer.

With also the help of my friend and assistant Gabriella, that lives in the same building in San Lorenzo, you will experience my apartments as "your home in the heart of Florence".
